Help for the front line - Part 5

Help the front line

(Part 5)

Last week, we managed to buy walkie-talkies and night vision devices for territorial defense units in Kyiv and Kharkiv. Although this equipment is hard to purchase and transport from abroad, it is crucial for the tactical defense of our cities. The devices are already being used by our defenders. Above that, we have provided them with uniforms, boots, food and medicines.

Domestic animals

In cooperation with NGO Kharkiv Animal Rescue and animal rights activists from Europe, we have transported the animals and established a way to transport animals from Ukraine to the West.

Sewing of tourniquets and uniforms

We are grateful to Taras Babych, who has helped us with tourniquets. It has been practically impossible to buy these medical devices in Ukraine for the last couple of weeks, but they save the lives of so many injured people. Taras’s team has been making tourniquets of good quality, and they received positive feedback from medical staff.

Our members have started sewing uniforms for territorial defense units. Together with volunteers from Mykolaiv, we have kicked off the production of armors from leaf springs and have ordered plate carriers for bulletproof vests from Ukrainian designer Andre Tan. We have also bought tactical vests for our defenders.
