Realizing that the war has affected everyone and it is difficult to assess psychological and mental fatigue, we were met with the challenge: How can we help?
And from the word “possible” – two possible approaches to the project were born.

If you have a team of 10–12 people, along with sponsors or grant funding to support a grant manager, rent and renovation of a space of approximately 120 square meters, and salaries for key staff—most importantly, if you have a strong and charismatic leader capable of uniting the team, as well as a proven track record of your organization serving your city or community—you may be well positioned to develop a “Veteran Space.”
To support this, you can refer to a PDF document prepared over the past year by our team and partners. It outlines the concept in detail and provides a step-by-step guide to implementation.
The second option is a well-considered integration of a civic initiative with resources already available within city or regional administrations. If you do not have access to a large facility, sufficient funding for competitive salaries (such as a project manager, office manager, SMM specialist, security staff, or accountant), reliable IP telephony, or the budget to cover operational and utility expenses—there is no need for concern. We have identified an alternative and effective model: the “Space of New Opportunities.”
This model is based on the idea that the LMGO “Listvytsia” will own and operate a functional ShiftWave chair. By analyzing its use through the experience of long-term participants within our organization, we will gather real-world data on improvements in users’ mental and psychological well-being.
Over the past 20 years, our team has successfully implemented numerous projects. This initiative is also a reflection of my personal gratitude to everyone for years of shared work and collaboration.
At a later stage, the chair will be installed in an existing medical institution, where proper care, responsible use, and strong demand are already ensured.

Our goal is to promote the use of this chair among the general public. To achieve this, we will provide comprehensive information on our website about the purchasing process, transportation, installation, and operation of the chair, along with clear instructions for its use. We also aim to establish an informational support system for new owners.

We will invite potential patrons to purchase this device and personally experience its vibrational effects.

Our broader vision is to engage as many financially capable individuals as possible who are willing to support the rehabilitation of Ukrainians. At the same time, we recognize that every initiative begins with a first step—with the first chair, the first prototype, the first unit.
